beauty of winter | music: the woods by the hollow coves when given the opportunity to travel, i always want to make sure to take it. now when you're blessed to travel with the right people, your people, it's always one worth taking. i wanted to capture the happiness and authenticity that was shed during this trip, and i hope i was able to gather it all into one little video montage. i love these people. i love my family. i wish everyone can find their own people and get to experience the contentment and joy that i have encountered and will always encounter when with them.
This parody video of Adele’s “Hello” was inspired by the 2015 budget impasse in the Pennsylvania State Legislature. It chronicles the struggles that Pennsylvania teachers and students have had to endure while waiting for funds to be approved.
The Keystone state -- key to America's independence. Check out the history and culture of Pennsylvania, where many German-speaking immigrants settled, with Christopher Hoh. Transcript: Hello, my name is Christopher Hoh. I work in the U.S. Embassy in Vienna, and I was born and brought up in the "the Keystone State." Pennsylvania was one of the original 13 colonies. It was called the Keystone State in the 18th century because of its central location and role in U.S. history. The first capital of the United States was in Philadelphia. Before it was colonized, the area was home to Native American tribes, including the Lenape and the Susquehannok. The name Pennsylvania means, "Penn's Woods." In 1681, England's King Charles II gave the land to William Penn as payment for a debt of 16,000 p...

Hello everyone! Here is a compilation of action around Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, at three various locations: the Rockville Bridge, the Harrisburg Amtrak Station, and the Norfolk Southern Lurgan Branch. I did see NS 8100 on an intermodal train northbound on the Lurgan Branch to end the day, which did indeed make the day all the better. Harrisburg, along with a lot of trains, also has a lot of railroad history. The Rockville Bridge was originally part of the Pennsylvania Railroad mainline and had three tracks....
